Jesus on a hot cake

Pencil layout for Good Friday piece.
In the centre we have Jesus Christ emerging from a hot cross bun, to his right is the Eater Bunny, and at the left is a shocked customer.
This piece is about a lot of themes, but the idea of people scoffing chocolate eggs and hot crossed buns while a man being tortured and murdered gives us a day off work seems worth investigating. What are you doing on the Easter break?.
I will either ink this, or layer it with pencil and correct the major errors.
Apologies for the camera flare.

    2. Hahahaha, I don't know about you but have you seen the pic where 3 Chinese official's stills were shooped in places where there was recent work done as if they were actually there inspecting it?

    3. Yeah i saw that one hahah. The Russian church is incredibly corrupt, in England we have had a few Russian bankers and business leaders murdered by mafia and ex KGB. There is some evidence the British secret service are involved. It is all corrupt and murky. So much for transparency in government.

    1. Thanks, i just realised your username is from the comedy.Love that show. I like the one where he fakes his own death rather than break up with his girlfreind.
Religious events have been completely removed from their original source.

  3. Great job. Yeah the idea on where a bunny leaving a trail of eggs that look like he popped them out behind him and how it over took a crucifixion is weird indeed, but I'll still take the days off.

    1. Which part?. I lived in Dubai for a period, i saw them praying for poverty and health and peace. And they have huge picnics for the poverty stricken workers on the religious holidays, i donated money. Hope you have a great Easter in the sun, the beaches are lovely. I always wanted to try desert buggy riding, but i never got the chance.
